1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Stationaire (“the Service”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account without our permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Upload, broadcast, or distribute content that infringes any copyright or other intellectual property rights without proper authorisation.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.

5. Content & Broadcasting

Broadcaster accounts are permitted to stream audio content only where you hold the necessary rights or licences. Stationaire is licensed for digital audio transmission through SOCAN via Streemlion. Broadcasting content outside the scope of this licence is prohibited.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stationaire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Canada.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will post the updated version on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
